We are continually updating our equipment, procedures and cleaning products as methods and techniques that are more advanced are created and introduced. We are compliant with OSHA and JCAHO guidelines and standards.

All of our cleaning technicians are required to pass safety testing on equipment use, cleaning techniques as well as cleaning products handling and use. 

Tri-State provides all staff members with training programs and seminars sponsored by BOMA, BSCAI, CRI, and OSHA, as well as equipment and cleaning products manufacturers and other industry related training programs.

It is our practice to implement seasoned professionals on all our cleaning projects for all our clients.

All projects are supervised and monitored on a steady basis. When we place new staff on a job site it is always with a seasoned staff member, trainer or supervisor. We offer incentives and bonus programs, and all staff members are rated on their performance.
